I am a Specialist Counsellor and a Life, Business and Performance Coach living and working in the Lincoln area. Working for the NHS, forensic specialty (Anger Reduction Therapy / Relationship Therapy), and in private practice. I have 14 years experience of working with individuals, with small businesses and teams in the corporate and voluntary sector as a trainer, counsellor, coach and mentor.

Counselling and Coaching appointments can be arranged in the Lincoln area, the treatment rooms are only 4 miles East of Lincoln, however some clients particularly Life Coaching may take advantage of email and telephone sessions. In our digital world distances today are no object to therapy, my email / telephone clients maybe at university or in challenging careers or working abroad.

I regularly attend supervision and personal counselling and abide by the code of ethics of and I am a member of BACP, CS, ISMA, AMT and maintain a professional liability insurance. I have consistently pursued a humanistic approach to personal self-empowerment, believing in the potential of the individual to achieve from wherever they find themselves.

Individuals attend counselling or life coaching for many reasons and the counsellor or life coach relationship with the client is in my opinion a special one. It is my aim to provide a safe and secure environment in which the client feels able to explore issues that are causing distress, turmoil or confusion.
Within the confidential and empathic relationship, you can explore ways forward, enhancing self acceptance and self awareness, working towards discovering an understanding of unanswered questions.
