A practising reflexologist since 1972, he has given many thousands of treatments and lectured internationally.
From 1980 - 1990 Anthony was the European director of the International Institute of Reflexology. He reluctantly relinquished the post in 1989 to focus on new directions in reflexology; new ideas that could be utilised alongside the more orthodox techniques applied by most reflexologists.
Many years of accumulated experience have enabled the development of Advanced Reflexology Techniques, some of which are adapted and refined from existing practices, others are his own unique discoveries.
Anthony discovered that many ailments (presented by women in particular) are caused by hormonal imbalance - especially hypothyroidism. A major cause of gynaecological complaints, infertility, constipation, heart disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, depression, weight gain/weight loss, low back pain and many more. This condition is often unsuspected by medical and naturopathic practitioners alike. He discovered that a painful reflex does NOT always mean a pathological disturbance in a corresponding organ - it is the reflex texture which is important in detecting whether a disturbance is present! In fact sensitive reflexes can mean a better prognosis for a sick patient
In 1997 Anthony received the Eunice Ingham Award for his services to Reflexology. The following year the Association of Reflexologists awarded him an Honorary Fellowship.

Indian Head MassageIndian Head Massage originates from a rich tradition of inter-generational family massage and has been practised for over a thousand years. Indian Head Massage is a safe, simple, yet effective therapy that not only promotes hair growth, but also is renowned for relieving symptoms of stress. tension tends to accumulate in the head, neck and shoulders and can show itself as a stiff neck, sore shoulder muscles, eye strain, head aches and even hair loss.
The effect of Indian Head Massage is not just physical, it works on an emotional level too, calming and promoting relaxation. Many find this form of complementary therapy aids restful sleep, improves energy levels, promotes clarity of thought and increases well being.
Even though Indian Head Massage is safe and suitable for many individuals, a health and lifestyle consultation, prior to the first treatment will provide the therapist with important information about the clients medical history, lifestyle, diet, stress and energy levels.
Indian Head massage does not require the client to undress and the therapy is given whilst the client is seated. The first therapy session, including the health consultation will take approximately one and a half hours. Thereafter, subsequent sessions will be approximately one and a quarter hours, allowing the therapist to be updated on the client's progress before proceeding with the treatment.
